The Xiaomi 15 Ultra was introduced by Xiaomi at the end of February 2025 and officially launched globally around March 2, 2025, immediately before MWC 2025 in Barcelona
It features a 6.73‑inch LTPO AMOLED display with WQHD+ resolution, a refresh rate of 1–120 Hz, and peak brightness of approximately 3200 nits. Inside is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, paired with 16 GB LPDDR5X RAM and 512 GB or 1 TB of UFS 4.1 storage
It includes a quad-camera array: a 50 MP main sensor (Sony 1‑inch), a 50 MP ultra-wide, a 50 MP telephoto (3× optical zoom), and a 200 MP periscope telephoto (4.3× optical zoom).
